Our Mission                 

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. will actively strive to achieve the full participation in society of individuals with disabilities and other individuals with special needs by expanding their opportunities and occupational capabilities through a non-profit, community-based organization providing services throughout Licking and Knox Counties in response to local needs.

When hearing the name “Goodwill” most people think of our retail stores, or about items they want to donate.  While the retail division is significant, it is not why we exist in our community.  We serve a broad range of people, fulfilling a variety of employment and training needs for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.  Simply stated:  WE PUT PEOPLE TO WORK!
